Tax Exemption:
All the payments paid to Kavinayam Public Charitable Trust are eligible for an exemption (i.e. tax benefit) of 50%, under the section 80G(5)(vi) of Income Tax Act 1961 and are considered as donations. While opting for any service that Kavinayam Public Charitable Trust provides, under different projects or for different programs, a receipt for tax exemption will be issued to the donors.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Welcome to this website of Kavinayam Public Charitable Trust. We make public our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the social cause on payment gateway as under:
1. Kavinayam Public Charitable Trust is instituting a refund and cancellation policy for the donors who have given donations to the Kavinayam Public Charitable Trust or have opted for any services, projects, programs for which a receipt for tax exemption has been issued.
2. Any request for cancellations and refund of online donations once duly placed on the website, shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
3. All donations and/or payment made through the Site, the acceptance of the same is at the sole discretion of the Trustees. The management reserves its sole rights to accept or cancel any donation and/or payment without assigning any reason thereof.
4. Donations once made cannot be charged back, except in cases of fraudulent use that stand substantiated through necessary investigation by Government/Bank authorities.
5. 5.Kavinayam Public Charitable Trust is not obliged to make refunds and shall decline any requests for refund of donations, for which a tax exemption certificate has been issued. Any refund/cancellation for the donated amount by any donor will not be entertained, whether online, electronically or through any other means.
6. No cash or refund of money shall be allowed. Once the donation is received for a cause, the same will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellations are allowed for any services, projects, programs or any other purpose for which the donation has been provided.
7. No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing the online donation as it is an extremely cumbersome process. We therefore request you to be sure before you donate. Any contributions to the Kavinayam Public Charitable Trust shall not be claimed for refund or cancellation of the same.
8. No refund/cancellation for the donated amount by any donor will not be entertained, the online donations through the online payment gateway.
9. No cash or refund of money will be allowed.
10. All decisions of Kavinayam Public Charitable Trust in this regard will be final and binding on the donor.
11. No cancellations & Refunds are entertained.
